SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

PLEASE BE PATIENT AS ALL ITEMS ARE ON PRE-ORDER. MERCHANDISE WILL SHIP IN 4-6 WEEKS FROM THE CAMPAIGN LAUNCH, AND VINYL WILL SHIP IN 12-15 WEEKS FOR AUTOGRAPHED AND SOONER FOR NON-AUTOGRAPHED.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED THAT INCLUDES YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. TRACKING NUMBERS CAN TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO UPDATE TO ITS NEXT SCAN LOCATION AND NOT ALL SHIPPING METHODS HAVE STEP BY STEP TRACKING.

If your order contains a vinyl, your entire order will be shipped together once the vinyl is available to ship. Your other products will not be split-shipped separately unless you place separate orders.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO UPGRADE A SHIPPING METHOD ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS THAT GO INTO PRODUCTION ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO EDIT OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED.

TAXES & DUTIES

IF YOU REFUSE A SHIPMENT DUE TO DUTIES OR ANY OTHER REASON, YOUR ORDER IS SUBJECT TO A PARTIAL REFUND ONLY. SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL.

NEARLY EVERY SHIPMENT THAT CROSSES AN INTERNATIONAL BORDER IS SUBJECT TO THE ASSESSMENT OF DUTIES AND TAXES AND (UNFORTUNATELY) EACH COUNTRY DETERMINES THE ASSESSMENT OF DUTIES AND TAXES DIFFERENTLY.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT ALL TAXES AND DUTIES ARE AT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO MARK PACKAGES AS HAVING "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" IN ORDER TO REDUCE POTENTIAL DUTIES DUE.
